I can see exactly what you mean with this spelling, but I am confused
by the use of "rotation" in your question as there is no rotation
written here. Did you want to have the palm change orientation? If
not, then you are fine. You have the hand arcing from the chin in
towards you and then back forward.
Now, I am not saying that you are wrong, but here is how I would write
4 years old if I were just writing it myself. I wonder what others
will write. ;-)
