Police and Lay Charities (NAPLC).

The above program is funded by the NAPLC. They are donating the books  
"Your Baby Can Talk" to libraries around the country. That is a  
wonderful gift to parents and children.

The NAPLC also helped SignWriting in 2008, and several press releases  
were posted on the web, discussing SignWriting.
