testing video in email on SignWriting List

Hi Ron -
On the Mac, the software is free and comes with the Mac OS X, called  
PhotoBooth.
On Windows, the software is free called VLC media player:

Val, I was able to watch the movie on the PC with the VLC media  
player, a player distributed under the GNU General Public license.  I  
haven't recorded with it but it seems to be able to do that also.
