Sign Puddle problem

Hi Ron,

There was a server upgrade that changed the PHP version from 4 to 5.  
SignPuddle is compatible with PHP 5, but it may do some things slightly 
different.  If your problem started in the last month or so, then the 
server upgrade is the cause of your pain.

With Valerie, she is writing sign texts in a puddle.  She is then using 
ColumnMaker to format the sign texts into colored column images.  She 
uses these column in DocumentMaker.  It is working very nice.

If you can write a similar story of how you'd like to use SignPuddle, I 
can try to make your life easier.

Instead of using Sign Mail and Print to PDF, you should really use 
ColumnMaker.  If you want to use individual signs, then that's a 
different story.

The default ColumnMaker settings are designed for Val and 
DocumentMaker.   You'll probably want to change the Column Height and 
Width.  You'll also want to change the Height Padding to 10 or 0.  With 
ColumnMaker you can change the color and size of the individual signs.

I tried to recreate your problem.  I used ColumnMaker to reformat the 
columns to look how I wanted.  Then I copied and pasted into Word.  It 
worked fine.  I used Windows XP and Word 2000.  Neither browser IE 6 nor 
Firefox 2 had a problem.  The menu option Help >> About, will give you 
version information.

If you can help me reproduce your problem, I'm sure I can help.
