Last I heard, the FBI was interested in any and all e-mail with Nigerian 
connections along this line.

A third party complaint can be filed at this site.  Because this is an 
international situation, they may handle it differently, but because it 
does involve e-mail coming into the USA, they likely would be interested 
in whatever details you or Eyasu could provide for them, because it 
could be involving many, many other innocent people.
