Thank you for your messages. It is so much fun to share ;-)

You are right, Stefan, that the "ASL-6 Handshape" does not have a  
"straight-finger" version in either the IMWA or the ISWA,  
unfortunately. The ISWA, which will be installed this summer into  
SignPuddle 2.0, has 244 requested handshapes, from around the world,  
but that one never got requested, so I didn't put it in - darn it! ;-))

Of course we all know that there are unending possible configurations  
of the fingers and how they relate to each other, so I placed in the  
ISWA all the necessary pieces to be able to construct handshapes when  
the need arises...

Here is a screen capture of my construction of the handshape you  
mention below, Stefan. These handshapes are read by the "relationship  
of the fingers that are sticking up"...so this has the "ASL-6" fingers  
placed on the Angle Base. To read it, put all your five fingers in an  
Angle, and then lift the middle three fingers into the ASL-6 position:
