I agree that the simplest way is the best, so the two arrows give the information that this is performed twice. 
On the other hand (sic) I do have problems with the hands - I cannot make my hands point like that from my view - this would be the impressive view (seen as a spectator, not a signer)

symbol twice.  This would be my writing (B).  I use a grasp symbole 
once.  Do you accept my writing (A)?
