Installing SWIS

Hi Adam,
    I installed SWIS beta 5c.  I unziped then uploaded it to a folder on 
the web site.  I am hosting it on friends web site.  His hosting service 
is Yahoo Small Bussiness  Web Hosting.
    I just moved it to the root 
<http://www.ibs-cobanma.com/swis/glyphogram.php?bsw=00801ce0f8d4f8ec8746f8eaf8fe>to 
see if it changes anything but alas no.  The test 
<http://www.ibs-cobanma.com/swis/test> page doesn't work either.
    How did you intall yours?
