Facial Circles can now hold more features...

Here is another example of how multiple facial features can now be  
consolidated into one Facial Circle...see attached...

The ISWA gives us these new opportunities...no one is required to do  
this...this is just one possible way of handling lots of facial  
expressions over one sign...

I am getting used to this myself...but I like the way it makes one  
sign more compact in the Cat in the Hat document...

and thanks again, Bill, for this great idea of more space at the top  
of the circle...it has made a world of difference
