SignWriting Image Server Beta 5

Hi Adam,

SignPuddle 1.5 can generate the BSW using the SignText Reader link.  
However, as I was testing this, I found a typesetting error in SWIS with 
regards to lanes.

I will release an update when I have this fixed.
