Agreed - Adam's is easy to read, while you would have to think for a while (and change the palm facing) to read the original one

Not doable at all, as far as I can see... the palm facing of the fist is just wrong.  But I prefer Adam's writing, myself.

Now that is clear.  I guess we need that variant in the SignPuddle now as the first one is simply not easily doable.
