Hi Erika,

I promised to send you some of my thoughts about your question something over a week ago. Unfortunately, I've been quite occupied with other business since that time, including preparations to fly to England today to attend a funeral for my aunt, last surviving relative on my mother's side, and take care of some of what is left behind. I'll be back on Monday and expect to have some more time next week to be able to actually sit down and write what I had in mind. Sorry for the delay.
