Puddle Log-In

Hi Maria,

They will need to Register a username and password.  On the left side, 
below all of the command buttons, there are 2 buttons.  "Register" and 
"Login".

If someone doesn't register and just uses SignPuddle, all new entries 
will be tied to their computer.  This sounds like what they are doing.

If someone registers and logs in, they will be able to edit all of the 
entries created by that username regardless of computer.

So have them register, then log in when using SignPuddle, and they won't 
be tied to a single computer.
