WRIST CIRCLES PARALLEL TO THE WALL PLANE
These wrist circles are parallel to the Front Wall. They are circles side to side. The wrist circle movement starts at the end of the stem line and moves in a circle in the direction of the arrowhead:

WRIST CIRCLES FORWARD OR BACK, TOWARDS YOUR CHEST OR AWAY FROM YOUR CHEST
The dark part of the circle is closet to your chest. If the stem line of the arrow starts at the dark part of the circle, then the movement starts closest to your chest and then follow the arrowhead. So reading the circles in the diagram below...reading the left column from top to bottom, we have:

1. start close to chest and move up and forward and around
2. start far away from chest and move up and back towards your chest and around
3. start close to chest and move down and forward and around
4. start far away from chest and move down and back towards your chest and around
5. start far from chest and move side and back towards chest and around
6. start close to chest and move side and forward and around
