Weird spam

I've been editing the LIBRAS dictionary of late and we had a whole slew of signs in the past month that were clearly spam. An entry was an attempt for the computer to parse a website into a sign, all sorts of sites for appliances to travel listed as the "definition" with no sign attached. I had to delete about 30 signs.
Did anyone else notice this on other of the sign dictionaries?
