Trying to read this sign - Query for users of LIBRAS

I will add yours to the sign puddle.

Also look at Brincar(4). The hands move in bicycle wheel, I know, but whoever wrote this sign misinterpreted the circles so one goes back, one goes forward (not easily possible to do as your brain has to work in opposite directions. I tried to fix the signing, but the editorial connection for me doesn't seem to work (AGAIN).  I can get into the signs to add sign spelling or words, but not to correct the signs now.

Ok. Well, as it is written, I would break my arm trying to rotate it around clockwise. :-) Now that you mentioned it being like the ASL sign for "when", I wonder if the movement is really a wrist circle. I could see this sign being "pregnancy", sort of like showing the "bump" on the classifier of a woman. Maybe this is a more clear writing.
