Of course I can,

Overall the dissertation aims to show that SSW is an effective method of communication within the deaf community that could aid the accsessability to documents and other written litrature. (Local authority forms etc) 
Within the dissertation im lookiing at the history of other systems, how SSW differs linguistically and the moving on to usability and ease of communication
