New version of the ISWA 2010 SVG Refinement is ready

Hi Steve and everyone,

    I tried to select a Sign Color and a Background Color.  The Sign Color 
and the Background Color are all black.  I mean that I could not find any 
color (white, blue, red, yellow....).
