New version of the ISWA 2010 SVG Refinement is ready

Hi Val and everyone,

    You show the attached illustration to me.  I notice that for a ColumnMaker, your background is white and texts are black.  For a SVG refinement, your blackground is black and signtexts are yellow. 

    For a ColumnMaker, my background is black (not white) and texts are white.  I did try to type FFFFFF or FFFFOO (Sign Color) and OOOOOO (Background Color). They are always black.
