Public SignPuddles...Esperanto?

Hi again,
I have solved the Czech Republic Puddle problem - since it was in a
different language and was in capitals I didn't realize it was the
equivalent of 'view last'.

Now I have a question about the Esperanto Puddle - what sign language is
this? I thought Esperanto was a spoken/written language. I never knew
there was Esperanto sign language - can anyone tell me a little more about
its users? which community uses this sign language?
