AW: CASE SENSITIVE IN SIGNPUDDLE

Hi Madson and Stefan,

The case sensitive searching was an unfortunate by-product of the 
migration of the SignPuddle data to XML.  It was not intentional.  I 
remember talking with Val and agonizing over this problem.

The solution is to load the XML into a database that disregards case and 
accents.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to address this issue until early next 
year.
