Symbol for tilted head

Hi again :),

I'm trying to write this sign[1].  It means "wake up".  I checked the
ISWA page for "Face Direction Positions, Nose Up or Down Tilting"[2] and
a couple of examples but I don't understand how they work and so I don't
know which one to choose.

I see nothing on the subject in the e-lessons either.

Where can I learn more about those symbols?  Or, which one should I use
for the sign I'm trying to write?
