How to write this?

It feels like two dots and then the hands go in circles slightly outward. It's like I'm counting something and then make a circle ... and so forth.

Clear writing moves business forward.

Let me see if I am reading the movement right. The "F handshape" is at half black-half white fill alternating with right and left moving forward in a horizontal line outward (right for the right hand and left for the left hand) repeated three times. The third time the hands move out is what confuses me because it isn't along the line with the right hand up higher and the left hand down lower while both are inward rather than outward. Would the sign be understood if it were to continue following the outward path?
