How to write this?

Honza, commenting on your original writing.

Hmm. I feel a slight circle in movement. The problem with your writing, Honza, is that you are using right hand arrows on both hands.

Look at the screen. The arrow on the left should have a white arrow, not a black arrow. I like your use of the ~ for pressing forward as that's how it felt to me, more of a press than a movement. The movement tracing feels like a loop forward at the end, that's why I wrote what felt like a twirl on the movement up for forward.

I'm intrigued by the hand shape you use as the finger and thumb touch each other, and you have written a curlicue.

Hello Charles, Adam and Val,

Charles, the movement forward is not cyrcle. It is only forward and back going to another location.
Maybe the Adam's writing is better. Val I am not sure if it is possible to use twirl instead of movement forward, for me it would be clearer and I see that two-bend symbol is necessary because movement is alternating. First hand then another then another... Without both hand will move in the same time.
What do you think about my origin writing (now enclosed)

Thank you for suggestions.
I'll ask also my team about their opinion on your writing and mine. But now I see that my writing is not right.

Honza

The "F handshape" is at half black-half white fill alternating with right and left moving forward in a horizontal line outward (right for the right hand and left for the left hand) repeated three times. The third time the hands move out is what confuses me because it isn't along the line with the right hand up higher and the left hand down lower while both are inward rather than outward. Would the sign be understood if it were to continue following the outward path?
