SignPuddle for Uruguay stuck at 1.6

Hi,

This is the link shown for the dictionary:

All other countries have the SignPuddle2.0 links.

And it doesn't get redirected either ...  Maybe it's because it was
the last country added to 1.6.  I worry a bit that UY might be left
out of other new things because of this.  Could you check it?
