Font for ISWA 2010

Hi,

Does anybody have a ISWA 2010 font?

Since I didn't find one I have been trying to create one by using the
svg files here[1].  But it's pretty difficult.  Ideally it should be a
ttf one, the idea is to make Graphite-compatible[2] and create an
application that uses it.
