Hi Charles!
I have written to you several times, trying to help. Have you received my messages? I am asking that you send me your IP address privately. If you do that, I can ask DeafVision to see if your IP address got mistakenly blocked because of the security software on our server does that sometimes - But without your IP address I cannot help you - so please go to Google and type in this question in Google:

"What is my IP address?"

And then Google will list a series of web sites that will tell you what your IP address is. Write to me privately to give me your IP address and we will make sure that your IP address is placed on a "whitelist" so it will not be blocked by our server security software again…

Please tell me that you received this message and please give me your IP address - Many thanks - Val ;-)
