Sign language projects on Wikimedia Incubator

Re Wikibooks: I'm not sure what books you're referring to, but if they're
English instructional texts on SignWriting that are licensed compatibly
with CC-BY-SA, then they'd probably be fine for the English Wikibooks. Note
that Wikibooks doesn't deal with "static texts"; any content added to
Wikibooks would be open to continual collaborative development by anyone.
Also, the book would have to be formatted appropriately and such. If it's
currently in PDF format, converting it to wikitext might be moderately
time-consuming.
