To leave the List...

1. Go to this link:
http://listserv.valenciacollege.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=SW-L&A=1

2. Put in your name and email address, and scroll down.

3. At the bottom of the page, click on the button "Leave SW-L".

4. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your choice to leave.

That's it...
