Help setting up a topic-subscriptions List

Hello everyone -
I am writing this message from the Archive web site...not from my email
box...and posting it to the List ...so we have a way to post messages from a
web site right now...Go to Archive 4, enter with your password, and then you
can read the messages and post a reply to the List from the web - Very nice
program donated to us by Valencia Community College in Florida ;-)
