Ordering Signs in Dictionaries

Yes I remember you and Charles talking back in forth about having 
different SignSpelling Sequences.  I am keeping the SignSpelling 
flexible like in SignPuddle.  What will be different with this is that 
we will be trying charles, SignSpelling Sequence and possibly change the 
sorting of some symbols within the ISWA2010 if needed.

Charles theory on sorting is feels right to me.  So I want to explore it 
and maybe we will change some things down the way if we see that some 
things can be improved or go back if it isn't better.   I am getting 
SignWriter Studio to do normal sorting like SignPuddle does but with the 
flexiblity for the above mentioned if needed.

Well it's a good thing that we have the Sign Puddles with so many 
signs.  3000 is a lot of signs to SignSpell especially if we decide to 
change a theory on the spelling.

Thank you for sharing your experience.  If we don't succeed on the first 
theory, we will know that it is normal.
