[Sw-l] Browser support for SignPuddle Online

Hi SW List,

I'm happy to report that SignPuddle Online now supports Chrome and 
Safari.  I made a few changes so that SignMaker and SignText work for 
the various browsers: FireFox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari.
