[Sw-l] Chrome fix for SignMaker

Hi SignWriting List,

I'm happy to report that I was able to fix the font problems with Chrome 
for the SignWriting fonts.  All symbols are now visible and report the 
correct size.  You can now reliably use the SignWriting fonts with all 
modern browsers on all major platforms.

The fix is found in the SignWriting 2010 JavaScript library.
