Hi Val and SignWriting List,

Here is my report for Friday, September 14th, 2018.  This is report 2 of 17.

I published the first alpha release of SignPuddle 3 today.  There is 
still a lot of work to do, but the development framework is solid. This 
release is intended for developers, power users, and anyone interested.

The alpha release of SignPuddle 3 is available on SignPuddle.com.
     https://signpuddle.com

When the application is ready to use, I will create video 
demonstrations.  Until then, I will be posting regular code updates for 
SignPuddle 3 as I add new functionality.
