[Sw-l] Simple way of writing repeated words?

Quick question from a fellow writer who likes to write by hand quickly. Is it possible, or does anyone have a technique for writing repeated signs like some sort of symbol to mean "repeat the previous word"? 

Take the following sentence for example. The sign for bowl is repeated in three different locations to show three different bowls.
