[Sw-l] Update on slow websites

Hi SignWriting List,

Unfortunately, the SignWriting websites, SignPuddle 2 in particular, 
have been experiencing some serious slowdown events.

Good news. I've finally uncovered the problem and put in several fixes 
that should keep this from happening again.

If you notice any future speed issues, please let me know.
