[Sw-l] Questioning about correct finger movement symbol - the correct writing for the crab sign

That is truly an interesting sign. I’m not even sure I can really do it myself, but that isn’t the point. ;-)

My first thought would be to write both handshapes to show the change, but that is because I would probably need that information since the movement with crossed fingers is foreign to me.

If you are seeing the finger movement as scissoring, then I suspect this is the correct movement.

From a writing view point, it seems to capture the sign. I’m not sure I would have been able to figure out the sign correctly had I not already seen it. Again, that might be more related to it being foreign to me than it being written incorrectly.
