[Sw-l] The Sutton SignWriting Core package part one

Hi SignWriting List, The second episode of the SignWriting Stream is now 
available.

This episode is the introduction to the Sutton SignWriting Core package, 
part one. First, we go over the resources available for the core 
package. Next we discuss regular expressions and Formal SignWriting in 
ASCII (FSW) for symbol keys and coordinates. Finally, we install the 
core package with NPM, load the core package into NodeJS, and try out 
the parse and compose functions for the FSW module.
