[Sw-l] QuickSignEditor

Hi,
I've realized that sometimes the QuickSignEditor won't show. There
is a work around that has worked for others too. Let the web page fully
load a first time, then hit refresh and wait for it to load a second
time. Then click on the QuickSignEditor button to be able to use.
