[Sw-l] Security issue with SignBank.org

Hi SignWriting List,

It looks like there is an HTTPS certificate issue for SignBank.org and 
other sites on the SignWriting legacy server. If you go to the site, you 
may receive an error that your connection isn't private. Don't worry, 
you can trust the server.
This was caused by an issue with Let's Encrypt. It doesn't affect 
everyone. In theory, there is a fix. I am looking into the issue and 
hope to have it resolved soon. -Steve
