Dear SW List Members -
In the past couple of days, I have received several emails asking permission to publish or create educational materials using SignWriting, and my answer is always YES! 

Everyone has permission to use SignWriting freely. Our SignWriting materials, books and web sites have been placed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License.

This appears at the bottom of the front page of SignWriting.org, and on the credits pages of all our newer books. The old books are now following this License too:
