[Sw-l] Sign for WHO in Thai Sign Language

Thank you Adam and Val! I thought that writing in detail will help in the
preservation of words in any sign language; however, if the details are
overly complicated, they seem to be more difficult to read and look
unfriendly. Now it appears that I'm focusing too much on the details of my
writing. I will try to find a balance between accuracy and easy readability.
