Ok. So the handshapes are in front of the body and tilted forward so that the finger side of the hand is lower than the wrist. Hmm…

If you are writing for everyday use, I would suggest sticking to wall or floor plane by using whichever one would imply the tilting forward the best. It could be the wall plane to show that the fingers are lower than the wrist because this placement of the hand is rarely used in this extreme but when relaxed becomes the angle you referred to, for example.


However, if you are writing for that specific 45 degree tilt detailed representation, you might need to use detailed symbols. I’m not sure that location symbols would suffice for you, but the symbol you used mean the height from the signer on the upper righthand side. It doesn’t mean the angle of the hand.
