[Sw-l] SignWriting Shorthand for Sign Language Stenography 1982

If Apple could come up with this method of converting handwritten
symbols (eg, the English alphabet and words), could we use this method for
SignWriting? Please see the attached video, and you'll see what I mean.
Could anyone on the SW List tell me if this is possible for SignWriting?
