Hi Rubens,
I'm glad you like the idea and are willing to participate.
About language, I was thinking your language, your country. Although, if
you want to present in English, that would be fine. Depends who you are
targeting with your presentation.
Presenters will register by country, signed language, spoken language,
and subtrack. They will be assigned alphabetic letters starting at
"a". Presenters can register multiple times.
So for you, you could register for Brazil with Libras and Portuguese or
ASL and English for the Teachers subtrack.
* br - Brazil
* bzs - Libras
* pt - Portuguese
* ase - ASL
* en - English
* ii - Subtrack 2 - Teachers
We will communicate by email or whats app, and I will send you your
official registrations of br-bzs-pt-ii-c (because two people registered
before you) and br-ase-en-ii-a (because you are the first).
Each registered presenter can have multiple presentations. Each
presentation will add a number to the presenter's registration like
br-bzs-pt-ii-a-1.
Each presentation will have meta data and one or more of the following:
* cover image
* URL
* video, 5 to 30 minutes
* zip file of organized presentation material
If you want to appear on the website, registration will be open soon.
If you want to zoom during the symposium, we can set up a time. For an
English zoom conversation, we can ask Val if she'd like to attend. For
a sign language conversation, I'd have to ask Adam Frost if he's
available to attend during that week or some other time.
We have a year to prepare. My weekend SignWriting office hours will be
full.
