> We are championing a disability led disability inclusion strategy for the higher education sector. We are calling for leaders with a disability, to work with the leaders of the sector (who can be the same people), government who regulates the sector, to co-create a disability inclusion strategy for the sector. This is gaining traction through the Universities Accord process and other reforms at the sector-level. The Federal Government in Australia appears very open to this and sector leadership apepars equally open. To help encourage this in the political and university spheres we have a media release we have posted today. It would be great if you could have a peak at it, perhaps even like it, comment on it or repost it.
