[Sw-l] Symbol transformations with @sutton-signwriting/font-ttf v1.5.0

Hi SignWriting List,

I have added symbol transformations to the @sutton-signwriting/font-ttf 
package and released a new version, v1.5.0.

There are 8 new functions: 4 for Formal SignWriting in ASCII (FSW) and 4 
for SignWriting in Unicode (SWU).  The functions are mirror, rotate, 
flop, and scroll.  These functions are needed for my work on the 
SignMaker web components.
