Yes, in the old Lessons in SignWriting Textbook, it is really referring to the Push-Pull information that starts on page 197. The book that AnnaGrace is using is available for download at this link:

There is now another version of the same book in an eBook format, that may have different page numbers and slightly different explanations that was edited by Richard Gleaves - I will look at the eBook now to see if it is different and write again -
