[Sw-l] SignWritingTwoD Font - Small project call for help

Hi all,
I have recently revisited a proof-of-concept project to program a single
TTF font to be able to display SWU on all devices that support
TrueTypeFonts, without any external libraries such as Steve's awesome
signwriting-components. (This should allow native captions support as well!)

The proof of concept works and indeed draws the SWU string in 2D.

Unfortunately, I don't have the time to continue working on it right now
and thus left many TODOs in the README. Any help in bringing this to
production is greatly appreciated. This can even be a programming project
for a bachelor student if you happen to supervise one.
