January 19, 2024
Hello Eyasu and everyone -
I remember the TISLR-15 Conference….
http://tislrethiopia.org/
I would like to submit an abstract about writing sign languages… I believe the abstracts are due January 31, 2024?
I welcome partnering with anyone else who would like to join with me.
How do we submit our abstracts, Eyasu? Is the conference ready for submissions yet? I just looked and I could not seem to find the place to submit an abstract...
Thank you for your help -
Val ;-)

I look forward to more communication when it comes time to submit abstracts for presentations and I'm glad to know that you will have a way for us to present online without traveling to Ethiopia ourselves. But of course you are always so hospitable and generous to us in Ethiopia and we do look forward to more contact now. So have a wonderful November and you will hear from me and others, most likely in early January. I believe the deadline for abstracts is at the end of January, so it will be a busy 2024!
